Causes Of Holiday Stress–Part 1

by Doc Orman, M.D.

As we approach the 2012 Holiday Season, I’m going to refer you back to some of the posts I wrote last year to help people deal with holiday stress.

The first group of posts that I’ve selected addresses how you can best think about the causes of holiday stress.

Here’s a link to the first part of this series, which I first published on October 31, 2011:

Holiday Stress:  What Causes Do You Consider

I want to thank you for the webinar yedretsay. Although I could hear you, I could not see half of the webinar. I was excited to see that you sent it in an email and I listened to you again and actually saw the webinar and websites you were talking about. I thoroughly enjoyed the information and I have some wonderful ideas from it. Unfortunately, I just signed up with Eric Lofholm’s program (where I was able to get the information on your webinar) and I do not have a home to mortgage in order to participate in your program. But, I do look forward to being your friend in coaching and keeping in touch. Wishing you Great Health, Peacefulness, Prosperity and Success.Live Life to Its Fullest in Happiness and Great Health.Jocelan IrelandHealth and Wellness Coach
