In a nutshell, stress relief tipitis is the mistaken belief that one or more powerful tips about stress will eventually make a big difference for you.  

Well, the only tip I do think is likely to help you is this: stop thinking that simplistic tips are going to help you deal with your stress.  It’s very, very unlikely that they ever will.
