Using Food Or Alcohol To Cope With Holiday StressAs the holiday season is now in full gear, with Christmas music once again nearly impossible to avoid, I want to refocus your attention on an important caution about dealing with stress during this busy time of year.   This is the huge temptation to rely upon food or alcohol, both of which will soon become very plentiful, to cope with your holiday stress.
