How Deal With Anger (Part 2)

by Doc Orman, M.D.

How To Deal With Anger Part 2This week, I am focusing on the emotion of ANGER, which we all experience from time to time.

In my first post in this three-part series, I asked the following three critically important questions:

  1. When you become angry, does your anger control you, or do you know how to take personal control of your anger?
  2. When you become angry, do you know how to instantly pinpoint the main causes of your upset, including key hidden causes that reside totally within you?
  3. When you become angry, and you would like to be free of this emotion, do you know how to make your feelings of anger quickly disappear, without having to use alcohol, drugs, relaxation exercises, or other stress management techniques?

Few People Know How To Do This

In my experience, very few people know how to do these three things. And my experience is quite extensive.

I’ve been teaching people how to eliminate stress, and understand their emotions,  for more than 30 years.  I’ve conducted seminars and workshops about stress relief and emotional mastery for thousands of individuals.  I’ve also researched and written numerous books, articles, and innovative, one-of-a-kind advanced training programs on how to relieve stress and master negative emotions.

And I can tell you that almost no one I’ve met, in either my professional or personal travels during the past thirty years, has any idea how to successfully accomplish even one of the three things noted above.

We aren’t taught how to do this in high school or in college.  These skills are not being taught in graduate or professional training schools either.  And sadly, they are not even being taught in most mental health training programs that I am aware of.

You Can Begin Learning This Now!

As I told readers of my first blog post in this series:

“…I am going to introduce you to a powerful new way of thinking about anger that will most likely change the way you look at it, and understand it, forever!

I’m going to show you how to build an index card for the emotion of anger that will enable you to accurately pinpoint the hidden, internal causes of your anger, for the rest of your life!”

I am happy to show you exactly how to do this, but I can’t do it adequately in one short blog post of only a couple hundred words.  That’s why I’ve prepared a special, easy-to-read PDF file for you, that you can download for free by simply clicking the link below:

http://ormanstressrelief.com/hiddencausesofanger.pdf

This PDF is a slightly modified excerpt from the fourth and final e-book in my library of four introductory stress mastery e-books that you can also obtain for free from the links you will find at the very end of this post.

So instead of making you read through all four e-books to finally arrive at this section on how to pinpoint the hidden causes of anger, I’ve made it more accessible for you by separating it out into a separate downloadable PDF all by itself.

So, go ahead right now and download this very valuable resource by clicking the link below (no email required):

http://ormanstressrelief.com/hiddencausesofanger.pdf

Please understand, however, that you’ll be reading this information about how to pinpoint the hidden causes of anger without all the important background material presented in the first three e-books in my four-part Stress Relief Secrets REVEALED training series.  So, if there are parts of the discussion that go way over your head, just download and read the whole four e-book series and you should be just fine.  But I think you will be able to understand most of the information without any problems.

And if you do like what you learn from this PDF on how to identify the hidden causes of anger, by all means, please go back and download the full Stress Relief Secrets REVEALED library.  There’s a tremendous amount of equally valuable insights contained in each and every book in this series.

Also, please be sure to return to this blog on Friday, October 5th, 2012 for my third and final post in this series on How To Deal With Anger.  In this next post, I will show you how you can learn to make use of your new index card (for Anger) to  make any angry feelings you might ever experience quickly disappear, whenever you want!

Once again, if you are reading this post on or after 10/05/2012, you can access this third post at:

Free Downloadable Four-Book Stress Relief Library

To get your own complete download of this entire four-book Stress Relief Secrets REVEALED library, go to http://beststresshelp.com and download it right now. Also, when you get these four PDF e-books on your computer, don’t just let them sit there! Don’t promise yourself that you’ll eventually get around to reading them later. That usually doesn’t work, and it’s very likely you will never, ever get around to reading them. And the information they contain is way too valuable and useful for you to miss out on any of it.

Once you do download these four e-books, I’m going to send you an email every day, for the next seven days, to support you in reading them all.

Go to http://beststresshelp.com right now and submit your best email address. Then, you’ll get an email asking you to confirm your intentions. When this email arrives (if you don’t see it within 10-15 minutes, check your spam folder), please click on the highlighted link and you’ll go directly to the download page, where all four e-books can be downloaded as one composite .zip file.

Best wishes and happy reading (and learning)!
