Stress Awareness Month 2014 — Special E-Book Now Available

by Doc Orman, M.D.

It’s officially April now, so this means it’s National Stress Awareness Month (http://stressawarenessmonth.com).

Sponsored for the 22nd year by The Health Resource Network, Inc., Stress Awareness Month is a national, cooperative effort to inform people about the dangers of stress, successful coping strategies, and harmful misconceptions about stress that are prevalent in our society.

Who Needs More Awareness?

Believe it or not, I’ve seen several people express the view that we don’t need any more awareness when it comes to stress.  Either they say “I’m already aware of my stress,” or they say “all these stupid awareness months are so overdone that they’re beginning to stress me out!”

I beg to differ.  I think we could all benefit from a lot more awareness about stress. For example, we could all benefit from knowing:

  • Exactly which specific thoughts cause each of our different emotions to occur;
  • Why our relationships tend to fail and what we can do to prevent this;
  • Where happiness comes from and why so many people are confused about this;
  • Why much of what is written in books and magazine articles about stress is not really true;
  • Why the workplace is so stressful for so many people when it doesn’t have to be;
  • Why you should almost never believe anything you read or hear about stress in the popular media;
  • Why stress is not an inevitable part of modern life;
  • Etc.

So there is plenty we can still learn about stress that could help us have much less of it.

Four Big Bundles Of Awareness

This year, as my personal contribution to Stress Awareness Month, I will be offering a free PDF e-book to anyone who would like to expand their awareness about stress and about mastering life.

free stress relief book

This book will be available for free download throughout the entire month of April (and beyond).   You can download your own free PDF copy now, without any registration, by going to: http://stressmasteryacademy.com/4booksonstress.pdf

This book is called “4 Books On Stress That Can Transform Your Life” and that’s exactly what it can do for you.  It highlights four eye-opening books—two of mine plus two by other authors.

In addition, when you read this short book, you’ll find out why there is one recommended order to read these four books in that will give you the maximum benefit and value.
