Stress Mastery: 6 Things Happy People Never Do

happy-flowersI ran across a blog post on another website this week that I really liked. I have trouble finding good, high-quality articles about human happiness and human stress, so when I find one, I am glad to share it with you.

The title of this blog post is “6 Things Happy People Never Do” and I was actually in agreement with all six things the author pointed out.  I’m not going to try to summarize the article for you, as it is short and very well written.  Here’s the link so you can read it yourself:

The author points out that there are many positive things that happy people often do.  However, they never (or rarely) do these six things:

1.  Mind other people’s business.

2.  Seek validation of self-worth from others.

3.  Rely on other people and external events for happiness.

4.  Hold on to resentment.

5.  Spend prolonged periods of time in negative environments.

6.  Resist the truth.
