My name is Mort Orman, M.D. and I’ve spent the past 30 years teaching people how to achieve true stress relief through stress mastery, rather than endlessly spinning their wheels by trying to achieve lasting relief through the traditional route of stress management.
There is a huge difference in the relief you can realize between using stress mastery and trying to manage your stress. Unfortunately, most people are completely unaware of this difference…although they experience its consequences almost every day.
The problem with stress management is that is mainly deals with just the symptoms of our day-to-day stress. It doesn’t really help us identify the underlying causes of stress in our lives. And because of this shortcoming, stress management also does very little to help us defeat these main causes of stress, which we all have the ability to do.
