SPECIAL NOTE: If you’ve already read The Irritability Cure, you’ll notice that much of the background information on understanding human emotions in general, and understanding human anger in particular, is exactly the same in both books.  As I mentioned above, however, one book shows you how to make use of this model for dealing with acute anger and irritability, while the forgiveness book shows you how to use the same understandings to deal with chronic anger, which is what’s necessary in order to truly forgive.
