The Art Of True Forgiveness (Part 1)

by Doc Orman, M.D.

We just completed the first two weeks of National Stress Awareness Month and I couldn’t be more pleased with all the great educational articles, resources, blog posts, comments, and tweets being circulated.

The Art Of True Forgiveness Kindle book

To continue my personal support of this stress awareness effort, starting today and continuing all throughout this week (4/15-4/19/13), you can download another of my new stress relief books The Art Of True Forgiveness: How To Forgive Anyone For Anything, Anytime You Want completely for free from the Amazon Kindle store.

If you downloaded my earlier book two weeks ago, The Irritability Cure, you’ve already received an excellent training in how to deal with acute forms of anger and irritability.  This complementary forgiveness book shows you how to take the same basic understandings and apply them to dealing with chronic anger and resentment.

Like The Irritability Cure, this book gives you a 5-step master plan for letting go of chronic anger, even if it’s been persistent for years. It’s the very same plan I used to master my own chronic anger problems in the past. And it’s also the same plan I’ve taught to others, who have found it to be helpful as well.

You Don’t Need A Kindle!

You do NOT need to own a Kindle device to read and benefit from this book!

You can download it for free and then read it from ANY computer, smartphone, or tablet device you already own by using Amazon’s free software available here:

(NOTE: install the reader first before downloading the book.)

What’s Missing?

In this book, you’ll learn why most advice for helping you forgive doesn’t work. In fact, I wrote a full blog post on this topic several months ago, which you can read again by clicking the link below:

What’s Missing From Forgiveness Advice Today?   (you can download the free forgiveness book from this blog page as well)

So go GRAB your free copy TODAY before this special promotion runs out.  Remember, it’s only available through this Friday, April 19, 2013.

Please share this link or this entire blog post with everyone you know!  Also, once you finish reading the book, please go back to the Amazon Kindle Store and leave an honest review.  The more reviews this book has, the more people will be exposed to it, and hopefully more people will benefit from it.  Thanks.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you’ve already read The Irritability Cure, you’ll notice that much of the background information on understanding human emotions in general, and understanding human anger in particular, is exactly the same in both books.  As I mentioned above, however, one book shows you how to make use of this model for dealing with acute anger and irritability, while the forgiveness book shows you how to use the same understandings to deal with chronic anger, which is what’s necessary in order to truly forgive.
