Vacations And Stress—The Kind Of Vacation That Can Relieve Your Stress…After You Return Home

by Doc Orman, M.D.

vacations and stressThis week, I’ve been revisiting three blog posts I originally published here in August 2012 about why vacations are usually not very good for relieving your stress.

The first post in this series explored the good, the bad, and the ugly about using vacations to deal with your stress.  The second post explained why one of the major disadvantages of using vacations to deal with stress is that even if you have a good time, you don’t really learn anything new about how to reduce your stress once you get back home.

What If All That Could Change?

In my third and final post in this series, I shared my vision of how this could all change.  What if you could go on vacation and not only have an enjoyable and relaxing time, but also learn something useful that could help you reduce your stress once you get back home?

Would you like to know what this type of vacation might look like?

If so, just click on the link below where I explain it all.

My version of an “I have a dream” vacation.

P.S. If you know any enterprising travel agents who might want to make this type of dream vacation a reality, just send them my way.
