Today, I want to refer you to another important post about Socrates, that I originally published here on October 24, 2011.  This post focused on Socrates famous parable called “The Cave.”

“The Cave” is a telling parable that forces us to consider how much our beliefs dominate our lives.  It also can force us to acknowledge how much our beliefs contribute to our stress.
