Stress Relief Questions--Part 1

This week, I thought I’d inquire as to what specific questions about stress are currently of interest to you?  Perhaps you are interested in general questions about stress, like how to best deal with it, or what stress can do to your health.  Or maybe you are interested in questions about particular problem areas, such as relationship stress, public speaking stress, the stress of raising children, etc.

Today, I’ll focus on general and health-related questions about stress.  In my next post on Wednesday, I’ll list questions about other more specific problem areas.  Then in my final post on Friday, I’ll share with you a few additional questions that I believe are especially important, but that most people rarely ask.
